Sql * Plus


Steps To Create the Sql*Plus Method:
1. Develop the .sql File in your Desktop.
2. Place the .sql file in the server from your local Machine.
Path: $PO_TOP/sql/Test.sql
In Place of PO you May give AP,AR,GL as per you Module.
3. Create the Executable
Execution Method       :- SQl*PLUS
Executable File Name :- Sql File Name
4. Create Concurrent Program and Attach Executable to Concurrent Program

Executable short Name in Executable window = Executable Name in Concurrent Program Window.
5. Attach Concurrent Program to the Request Group.
6. Navigate to Specific Responsibility and run the Program from SRS Window.
SRS= Standard Request Submission



1.Develop the .sql File in your Desktop.

File extension should be .sql as shown below.


2.Place the .sql file in the server from your local Machine.
Path: $PO_TOP/sql/Test.sql

WINSCP Tool is required to Transfer files from Local Machine to the Server(Middle Tier). In the server  .sql file should exist in the sql Folder.
Here you Place in Any Module Like PO, AP, AR, GL.  In the Module tops we will see the sql folder.
Explained about the WINSCP tool in separate file.

3.Create the Executable
Navigation: System Administrator ResponsibilityàConcurrent à Program àExecutable
Execution Method       :- SQl*PLUS
Executable File Name :- Sql File Name(In our Example Test.sql is file and Please don’t give Extension of the file)


4. Create Concurrent Program and Attach Executable to Concurrent Program.
Navigation: System Administrator ResponsibilityàConcurrent à Program àExecutable.

5. Attach Concurrent Program to the Request Group.
A. Identify the Responsibility Name to run your Program .



B. Query the Request Group Name in request group Window and Attach the Concurrent Program .




7. Navigate to Specific Responsibility and run the Program from SRS Window.

SRS= Standard Request Submission.



Now we are in Purchasing, Vision Operations (USA) Responsibility as shown below.





Enter your Concurrent Program Name as shown below.






It will Open as shown Below .

 See the Results as shown Below.
